Meet the Acacia Gardens London Landscaping Team. We have professional in-house garden designers, garden architects and landscape construction specialists.

Since its formation in 2003, Acacia Gardens has built up a fantastic reputation offering quality work and value for money. Our Managing Director, Herman Ermal Pobrati, provides our clients with many years of experience and is a qualified Landscape Architect and Garden Designer.

Herman works closely with Operations Manager Gentian Sinanaj and Landscape Foreman Remy Nela. With in-house Garden Designers Beatriz Blas Cabanes and Caroline Brukszo plus Landscape Architect Malvina Laci, the team can manage your landscaping requirements from design to construction.

Acacia Gardens use appropriately trained staff and ensures ongoing staff training and development. As a company, we regularly invest in staff training and innovation and enjoy working with other reputable companies in our field.

Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from Kingston University, BTEC National Diploma in Horticulture from Capel Manor College, SSSTS Qualified, PA1 PA6 Spraying Certificate, NPTC and GNVQ in Business Administration from Westminster College

Role: Operations Manager and Landscape Consultant

Strengths: Construction Detail, Engineering, Project Management, Health and Safety

Qualifications and Experience: SSSTS Qualified, Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and Construction from the University of Tirana, Masters in Engineering and Construction from the University of Tirana, worked in Albania, Bulgaria and Turkey on infrastructure projects including motorways, retaining walls and tunnels on 800m above sea level, hydro centrals, hotels and multidisciplinary construction practice

Role: Managing projects and teams on site. Works alongside the team to ensure our highest standards and quality is achieved all the time

Strengths: Exceptional skills in project management, carpentry, irrigation, quality and attention to detail. Inspirational and trainee provider for all our Landscaping team

Qualifications and Experience: Health and Safety and Level 2 Electrical. Experienced as a skilled Landscaper since 2000

Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Garden Design from Camilo Jose Cela University in Madrid, Garden Design at Capel Manor at Regents Park in London, Internship at the Royal Botanic Gardens in Kew London, over 8 years of experience working in the  Garden Design and Soft Landscaping Industry

Role: Landscape Engineer, Garden Designer

Strengths: Sustainable architecture, permaculture design, innovative solutions, medicinal gardens, creative approach

Qualifications and Experience: An engineering degree and then a Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture accredited by IFLA Europe – International Federation of Landscape Architects at the Cracow University of Technology. Developed revitalization of urban spaces as well as regional nature routes. Working in the profession for 11 years, gaining experience on many levels in the field of landscape creation. For two years, active participation in the design of public spaces in Europe. Passion for designing gardens in line with the genius loci – respecting the identity of the place

Extensive experience in the design of small urban spaces based on the principles of sustainable development, urban regeneration and passive spaces systems.
