Herman and his team have done a complete garden makeover for us, to a design by Bob Richmond-Watson. This was carried out to a fabulous standard; working through some of the wettest conditions we have had in the last few years. They were committed, dedicated and totally professional, as well as being genuinely nice people to have around the place.

We recently did a complete overhaul of our garden with Acacia Gardens and they did a fantastic job. Herman, Genti and the entire team were super professional, worked collaboratively with us, always coming up with great ideas. I would highly recommend them for any garden work - big or small. Thanks for a beautiful garden that the whole family enjoys.

Herman and his team, led by Daniel and also Ervin, have done an incredibly professional, honest, tidy, effective and beautiful full hard and soft landscaping job on our garden. Their quote was competitive, but what really set Herman apart was his level of knowledge, engagement and genuine care for delivering a result we were happy with: e.g. great ideas for improving the design, cost-effectively (e.g. I didn't realise how expensive removing soil could be, so he suggested ways of keeping as much as possible on site without compromising look or usability). Our site came with many challenges: summer house full of stuff to remove, inaccessible jungle at the rear, buried rubble and concrete, no mains drainage, and access through the house. The team dealt with these and many more without fuss. They also installed a sunken trampoline and even completed the first mow, as we didn't yet have a lawn mower. Daniel actively looked for snags at the end, and Herman made sure they returned to address them. At the time, we felt a bit silly starting our renovations with the garden (just in time for autumn), but since lockdown with kids, it has been nothing short of sanity-saving. The team worked hard and reliably throughout, communicating clearly and responsively, and just generally being good humans. When we ran into trouble with our carpenter working inside the house, Herman even recommended a builder who went onto do most of our upstairs renovation. I couldn't recommend him, his team or Acacia more.

Herman and Acacia Gardens Ltd are very professional group of landscape gardeners and builders. No job is too small or big. I recently landscaped my whole garden, put new fences in, and was so pleased with their high quality of work, I called them back to install my patio aswell. I cannot not praise them enough, as they are courteous, reliable and price wise they are very competitive and great value for money.

Herman and his team made a concrete base for my shed measuring 5 meters x 4 meters. I had concerns about the depth as I have very big trees and roots a couple a metres from the base location. Herman ensured he went extra deep with the foundation at no extra cost to me. His staff were efficient, they completed the job on time and left my garden tidy at the end. I would highly recommend his company. He has gone into install 10 fence panels with concrete posts for my brother-in-law who are also very happy.

Really lovely people to work with. Very engaged and patient with our needs and what we wanted. Very easy to work with. We’d been let down badly by our previous designer, and they took over what was essentially a building site, solved a host of problems that we’d been left with, with minimal effort and fuss and have given us a lovely garden. The team are reliable and very friendly and after care/follow-up has also been very good.

Acacia gardens has built two gardens that I designed, one small and a large one in a very good standard. They are resourceful and managed to solve many issues that come up when the gardens are been built. They try as much as they can to bring clients to complete satisfaction

I have used Herman and his team twice now and each time the results have been spectacular. A great group of friendly, honest and polite workers who take great pride in what they do. I would recommend them unreservedly.

Herman and his team spent 8 days completely refreshing my back garden and they did a fantastic job. They installed new fences, Indian sandstone paving and a new lawn. They also pruned my plants and painted my existing shed and pergola. I was particularly pleased that Herman listened to and addressed concerns I had about ensuring there was adequate drainage in the garden. They were neat, tidy (for what was a messy job), always polite and my neighbours have been complimentary about this too which is always good news! I’d definitely recommend Herman and his team.

The Acacia team were first class from start to finish. Because it was such a large remodelling job (three weeks, a lot of construction work etc), we tweaked the design as we went. The guys were really helpful in guiding us and changing plans as we went. We are really happy and would recommend them to anyone. Paul
