Key Features of the Garden Construction
Paving Installation
Our expert team meticulously laid grey sandstone paving beneath the pergola, forming an inviting patio area. Additionally, we crafted a pathway leading to the football pitch, ensuring seamless movement and accessibility throughout the garden. The juxtaposition of grey sandstone with clay pavers creates a visually striking contrast, enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal of the space.
Custom Step Installation
A pivotal aspect of the garden’s design was building bespoke steps leading to the house and the captivating roof terrace. Utilising Bullnosed Step Treads, we designed the steps to the roof terrace with a subtle curve, maximising space utilisation and adding an intriguing visual element to the landscape.
Hard Landscaping
Our hard landscaping endeavours included installing a resin bond driveway, which enhanced both functionality and aesthetics. We bolstered security by erecting green V-mesh fencing behind the primary boundary hedge and installing a feather edge fence near the driveway. Additionally, to conceal the bin area, we constructed a retaining wall before it, ensuring a seamless integration with the surroundings.
Soft Landscaping
Soft landscaping is crucial in enhancing the garden’s allure. Organic compost was integrated into areas where the existing topsoil required improvement, followed by meticulous plant installation and bed preparation. Hedging, herbaceous plants, and mulching further enriched the landscape, with trees strategically planted around the football pitch area.
